Tuesday 4/24/12 Warmed up with zenpo nagare vs. a punch, then ushiro and gyaku nagare vs a punch or kick. We did shoshin gokei. Started class with 流水行き Ryūsui Iki. Normally I wouldn’t try to cram all of these into one class, but we had studied some of them just a couple of months ago….
