Next I showed 表蹴リ舉げ omote keriage. You capture the opponent’s kick during the parry with the hanbō. Then turn your body to trap the ankle in an omote lock. I did this with both a 逆手 Gyakute and a 本手 Honte grip. The stick snakes around his leg locking it up.
