Now that everyone was sick of me breaking and pinning them, we looked at 義鑑流 Gikan Ryū 其の六 Sono Roku. Luckily it was more breaking and pinning! In the basic form you bring your opponent down and pin with both knees. Then you lift his leg backwards to break the hip joint.
